Employees and executives of the Bank should:

  • Carry out their duties in accordance with the Bank’s objectives and interests
  • Not engage in conflicts between personal interest and duty as a manager or employee of the Bank
  • Behave at all times in an acceptable manner with their status as managers and employees of the Bank
  • Avoid any action, especially any public endeavor or lucrative activity that may adversely affect their status or independence and impartiality required by this status
  • Exercise with discretion bank duties and maintain confidentiality even after the end of the contract with the Bank
