Participants in the Campaign:
All MasterCard credit and debit card holders will participate in the campaign!
*Maestro debit cards are not considered valid for participation in the Campaign!
Transactions valid for participating in the campaign must meet the following criteria:
- 10 or more purchases with a minimum amount of €200.00 are considered valid
- Transactions performed at POS inside and outside Kosovo are considered valid.
- Online transactions are considered valid.
Customer reimbursement process:
- For transactions from June 1, 2022 – June 30, 2022 (refund will be made until July 15, 2022)
- For transactions from July 1, 2022 – July 31, 2022 (refund will be made until August 15, 2022)
- For transactions from August 1, 2022 – August 31, 2022 (refund will be made until September 15, 2022)
The campaign starts on June 1 and ends on August 31, 2022.
