Is 3D Secure service available for Visa cards and MasterCard cards too?

Yes. If your card is MasterCard the service will be offered under the MasterCard Secure Code name. If your card is a Visa, service will be provided under the name Verified by Visa. There is no difference between them. Both offer the same protection against the card.
