Loan Terms
- Maximum loan amount: 100,000 EUR
- Loan Maturity up to 180 months – For diaspora up to 120 months
- 20% client participation
- 0.50% administrative fee/for diaspora 1%
INTERES RATE:
- For BKT Salary receivers: interest rate starting from 4.50% fix and effective interest rate 4.94% (36 months)
- Other banks Salary recivers/ self-employed: Interest rate starting from 6% fix and effective interest rate 6.52% (36 months)
- For Diaspora: interest rate starting from 7.90% fix and effective interest rate 8.65% (60 months)
REQUESTED DOCUMENTATION:
- Copy of valid ID or passport
- Employment contract
- Business certificate and TAK status for clients with business income
- Lien in Salary (If client receives payment through BKT)
- Lease contract
- Account statement (minimum for last 6 months)
- Public invoice
- Purchase contract
