What do cardholders receive?
- Free LoungeKey membership
- 10 free visits per year for MasterCard Gold and MasterCard Business cardholders, valid at any LoungeKey airport lounge globally
- Visits by accompanying guests will be charged to the cardholder
- Visits beyond the 10 free visits will be charged to the cardholder

How does the service work?
Cardholders can create an account on the website www.loungekey.com/kosovo or download the LoungeKey app to view their Lounge access number, free access rights, detailed information about available lounges and services, and the QR code for lounge access (as an alternative to payment).

Cardholders simply visit a participating LoungeKey business lounge, no prior actions or registrations are required. The cardholder presents their eligible MasterCard (QR code) at the LoungeKey lounge to show LoungeKey membership. The card is scanned to register the visit.
Airport Security Fast Track,
MasterCard® Airport Security Fast Track is a digital solution offered by DragonPass that saves MasterCard Premium cardholders from long airport queues.
What is the service?
MasterCard Travel Experiences (MTE) is a program provided by DragonPass and MasterCard through the MTE app/website and consists of 3 services:
- Airport Security Fast Track – Expedited security checks at over 70 airports worldwide.
- Airport Transfers – Access to luxury vehicles with professional drivers that cardholders can book to reach or return from the airport.
- Airport Restaurants Discount – Access to exclusive offers at airport restaurants worldwide with a QR code after selecting the offer on the MTE app/website.
What do cardholders receive?
- Qualified cardholders in Kosovo receive free membership to MTE, meaning access to the MTE app and website.
- Fast Track reservations are charged to the cardholder between 4 and 17 euros per person for Fast Track passes.
- Airport transfers are charged to the cardholder.

How does the service work?
- Download the MTE app from Google Play or the App Store.

How does it work?
Cardholders download the MTE app and register with their eligible MasterCard. Before traveling, cardholders log in to the MTE app/website, select the airport, passenger number, and time slot for Fast Track. Cardholders view the price (ranging from 4-17 euros per person), confirm it, and receive a Fast Track code via the app or email. The cardholder goes to the Fast Track area at the airport and presents their Fast Track pass to gain access.
MasterCard® Global Data Roaming
What is the service?
MasterCard Global Data Roaming by FlexiRoam provides cardholders easy access to roaming whenever they travel. Available in over 200 destinations through access to over 580 telecom operators.
What do cardholders receive?
- Free 1 GB data roaming plan for 5 days
- 15% discount on other FlexiRoam plans

How does the service work?
- FlexiRoam app is available for free from Google Play and the App Store.
- eSIM available for cardholders’ phones – for Apple, iPhone XR, Samsung Galaxy S20, and Google Pixel 3 models.
- A code for the free data roaming plan that cardholders with eligible cards can obtain on a dedicated website https://europe.flexiroam.com/ or, starting August 2024, directly in the FlexiRoam app.
How does it work?
Cardholders install the FlexiRoam app. Cardholders go to https://europe.flexiroam.com/ (or from August 2024 directly in the FlexiRoam app) and obtain a code for the free data roaming plan. Cardholders create a profile in the FlexiRoam app, enter the code, and install the eSIM. The cardholder receives the free plan.
MasterCard® Travel Rewards
What is the service?
MasterCard Travel Rewards (MTR) is a global Mastercard platform/website where you get cashback offers from international merchants – both in-store and online. Mastercard manages rewards, tracking, calculation, and cashback.
What do cardholders receive?
Qualified cardholders receive automatic cashback for purchases made at selected MTR merchants both in-store and online.

How does the service work?
