Note that Expiry Date and CVV2 must be filled in boxes, some of which are starred. You must fill in the corresponding number only in the blank box that belongs to that position. For example, if your card expiration date is 12/12 you must fill in * 2 * 2, and if CVV2 is 123 you should fill in 1 * 3.
