You should do the following:
- Make sure you are using your registered card.
- Make sure that the site you are buying is a participant in the Verified by Visa / MasterCard SecureCode service.
- Check if you have disabled pop-ups on your system.
- Contact the Contact Center after you are insured for the above items.
