If your balance is negative in one account, funds cannot be withdrawn from the other account until the balance in your negative account is equalized. For example, if your balance in the EUR account is positive 1,000.00 EUR, while in your USD account it is negative -500.00 USD, you must first send 500.00 USD to the platform, in this way your USD Account becomes zero, then you can withdraw 1,000.00 EUR.
