LOAN TERMS
- Maximum loan amount 200,000 EUR
- Loan maturity 180 months – For diaspora up to 120 months
- 20% client participation
- 1% administration fee
INTEREST RATE
- BKT Salary receivers: Interest rate starting from 4% and effective interest rate 4.50% fix for (60 M)
- Other banks salary receivers/ self employed: interest rate starting from 5% and effective interest rate 5.55% fix for (60 M)
- For Diaspora: interest rate starting from 7.90% and effective interest rate8.65% fix for (60 M)
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
- Copy of valid ID or passport
- Work contract
- Business certificate and status of ATK for costumers with business income
- Administrative fee (if the client receives the salary through BKT)
- Lease contract
- Account balance (minimum for the last 6 months
- Public invoice
- Sale and purchase contract
