BKT Kosova has joined the Expanding Choices: “Gender-Responsive Family Policies for the Private Sector – Phase 2” program, a regional initiative by UNFPA supported by the Austrian Development Agency.
As a Family-Friendly Workplace (FFW) Champion Company, BKT Kosova reaffirms its commitment to creating a work environment where employees feel supported, valued, and empowered, both professionally and personally.
In collaboration with Kosovo CSR Network and UNFPA Kosovo, the Bank is taking concrete steps to strengthen gender-responsive family policies and foster more inclusive and supportive workplaces within the private sector.
