BKT now offers you the opportunity to conduct Withdrawal and Deposition of money transactions through all payment offices authorized by BKT Kosovo.
For more you can also:
- Pay the Credit Installment or
- Pay off your Credit Card obligation.
Resident customers – must be equipped with an ID card and have the phone with them as they will receive the One-Time Password (FNP), to complete the Deposit or Withdrawal transaction.
Non-resident customers – must be provided with a Passport, customer number at BKT Kosovo and have the phone with them as they will receive the One-Time Password (FNP), to complete the Deposit operation.
The transaction has a commission according to the BKT price list in force and is the same as the deposit and withdrawal commission at the branches of BKT Kosova.
This service is provided only to individual customers for deposits or withdrawals in personal accounts and excludes deposits from third parties and any transactions in business accounts.
The minimum value for storage is 5 EUR, while the maximum 5000 EUR within 24h.
Withdrawals can be made at a minimum value of 5 EUR, and Maximum value 200EUR within 24h.
