What is the difference between the primary account and the secondary account?

Using the BanKomaT debit card you can withdraw cash and make purchases wherever you see MasterCard Maestro / Visa Electron logos both domestically and abroad, only through the primary account. Secondary accounts are accessible only from BKT ATMs, from where you can withdraw cash.
