- The maximum repayment term is 120 months (10 years)
Cash Covered Loan
This loan is designed for various verifiable purposes, and it is covered by your term deposit in the bank.
Credit conditions
- Loan amount up to 100% of the deposit.
Credit Security
- Mortgages worth 120% of the loan
- Mortgages should be in Kosovo
- Guarantor – with income and residence in Kosovo.
Documents Required
- Identity card or passport for all persons involved in the loan
- Employment contract
- Account statement
- Certification of family income
- Sales contract or investment plan.
- The Bank reserves the right to request additional documents depending on the client’s activity
