- Clients of other banks and self-employed who have activity no less than 6 months
- Clients with cash salaries
Documents Required
- Identity card or passport for all persons involved in the loan
- Employment contract
- Proof of family income
- Customer Business Certificate with Business Income.
- A sales contract or a list of works
- The Bank reserves the right to request additional documents depending on the client’s activity
Credit Security
- Mortgage at 120% of the loan
